Un’occasione formativa internazionale
Le esperienze di Job Shadowing verranno svolte presso due Istituti in Europa con i quali abbiamo sottoscritto accordi formativi in linea con i nostri obiettivi; abbiamo inoltre concordato opportunità di scambio con i loro docenti o studenti: lo scorso anno abbiamo accolto studenti portoghesi ed organizzato stage formativi presso aziende del settore moda; mentre due docenti spagnoli hanno realizzato esperienze di Job Shadowing presso il nostro Istituto. Entrambe le scuole possiedono una vasta esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti europei e rappresentano per noi un’opportunità di crescita ulteriore in questo ambito.
L’Instituto de Education Secundaria ARATZA ROMO a Bilbao è stato individuato come partner valido per le affinità di curriculo formativo artistico, con la volontà di effettuare un confronto didattico e metodologico, assistendo alle lezioni di Arti Figurative (Discipline pittoriche e scultoree), Tecniche grafiche e Fotografiche e alle lezioni CLIL nelle classi con programma bi-linguistico. Inoltre, nonostante l’istituto basco non preveda al proprio interno esperienze obbligatorie di stage, ha ugualmente garantito contatti con aziende nel settore artistico con cui programmare incontri per eventuali futuri stage per i nostri studenti.

La Escola de Moda GUDI a Porto è stata ritenuta valida per un confronto ed un approfondimento nel settore del Design della Moda, perché è scuola di tipo professionale altamente riconosciuta a livello nazionale con una formazione specifica nel settore, inoltre possiede una vasta rete di aziende partner con cui attivare possibili futuri stage per i nostri studenti.
Per quanto concerne i corsi di formazione linguistica e metodologia CLIL è stata fatta una ricerca riguardante i paesi anglofoni sulle offerte formative, valutando durata, costi e programmi. Sono stati individuati due paesi:
-Irlanda
-Malta
Gli enti formatori saranno selezionati successivamente in funzione della organizzazione dei flussi e dei livelli linguistici per attivare lezioni di gruppo adeguate ai docenti individuati.

An international opportunity for training
The Job-shadowing experiences will be carried out in two Institutes in Europe with whom we signed training agreements according to our goals; we also agreed to exchange opportunities with their teachers and students: last year we welcomed Portuguese students for training sessions in fashion companies; in the same year two Spanish teachers had a Job-shadowing week experience in our institute. The two schools have extensive experience in developing European projects and represent an opportunity for a further growth in this field.
L’Instituto de Education Secundaria ARATZA ROMO has been recognized as a valuable partner for the affinity of the training curriculum in the arts. This will make it possible an educational and methodological comparison with a direct observation of lessons of Visual Arts (Painting and Sculpting), Photo and Graphics techniques and observation of CLIL lessons in classes with bi-lingual programs. Moreover, even if their curricula do not include compulsory internship experiences, we were granted contacts with art firms and companies with which we will schedule future meetings.

La Escola de Moda GUDI is also a valid partner for a comparison and an analysis of methodological/ teaching practices in the field of fashion design, since it is a valuable professional school, highly rated in Portugal with a more specific training than our school, especially from a technical point of view, and with specific equipment.
Moreover, given its professional vocation, it has a wide network of companies with whom they have been working for years for their students’ internships and with whom they will get us in touch to arrange a future cooperation matching our goals.
As for the language training courses, we searched the net for online offers in the various English-speaking countries (UK, Ireland, and Malta) considering duration, costs and programs. After that, in order to meet the actual needs of the teaching staff, we asked them to fill in a form indicating any interest in participating in training courses abroad to learn English (to quantify the actions), their current level of knowledge, the country of destination, the duration and the season (winter or summer).
